We were visiting Lyon from London with our ID3. We had a puncture repaired at a local garage but a warning sign appeared on the dashboard. We sought the advice of VW Lyon Sud. We did not have an appointment but they saw us immediately. They recalibrated the pressure in all of the tires and the warning signal no longer appeared. They reassured us that the car was entirely safe to return to the UK. There was no charge for the service. We could not be happier with the entire experience. Everyone was very courteous and professional. This was incredible service!
